Looking to Volunteer?
CCDC is an official non-profit center. That being said, we are always happy to welcome anyone interested in volunteering! Below are some of the requirements and opportunities available at CCDC, as well as a contact form if you see any roles that pique your interest! We are also more than willing to offer any needed referrals or aid in being a reference for those looking to go into a career in early childhood!
Any volunteers who show an exceptional performance in their chosen role and show a passion or interest in early childhood can be at chance for an offer for a paid position at CCDC.*
For The Parents...
Classroom Involvment
We have realized in the past that opportunities for parents to come to CCDC and be involved in class activities have not been extended enough. So we want to encourage an open communication line regarding the simple involvement of parents or family members in joining the class to read books or even help with an art activity.
Parent Engagement Committee
This would consist of all the parents in all the rooms. They will designate one leader, who is tasked with coordinating the group. This team of parents would be the key planners for events and other school-supported opportunities. We want to ensure there is a way for parents to actively engage both with their child's schooling and with each other.
Available Roles

Floater: Move classroom to classroom as needed, ensuring teachers have any and all materials needed. Serving as a helping hand to all the classrooms.

Teacher's assistant: Working in a specific classroom as the right hand of the primary teacher. Assisting with allowed actions and getting hands-on experience in the position.

Food Volunteer: Helping in the making of breakfast, lunch, or snacks. As well as aiding the classrooms in cleanup and cleaning up our kitchen as well.
